Perfect base for exploring Pembroke Dock. Fairly clean hotel in a perfect location. New-fashioned and airy rooms and lovely bar area. Tasty breakfast included, accommodating personnel. Generally very efficient service with parking onsite. No charge for wake up service and ironing too. Location next to the ferry terminal, Tenby and ferry...

The room was clean and well-maintained.
Unfortunately, the noise from the restaurant below was quite disruptive during the evening hours.

I was pleasantly surprised when a young lady at the reception ensured I got a more suitable room after mentioning my needs. The cozy lounge area and the nice little outdoor space were perfect for some downtime. I did get woken up early by some noise, but it wasn’t a huge deal. I still had a great stay overall. 🌟

Food bliss and warm vibes!
Just spent 2 nights here and it was lit! The food was super fresh and delicious-every dish was on point. The staff were so friendly and helpful. The only thing was the parking was a bit tricky. But honestly, I can't wait to come back!

The grilled dishes at The Dolphin were great-flavor bombs! The staff were ace, and the breakfast was a hit, serving up just what we needed. Plus, the peaceful vibe of the place was fab for unwinding after a day out.
The tiny washbasin was a right bother. We were drenched after washing up! And on the downside, there was no evening meal on Sundays, a bit of a letdown.

missingWrote a review on 09 Julspacious roomhearty mealslimited parking
The Standard Double Room offered a spacious layout, with decent furnishings that created a relaxing atmosphere for a quick getaway. The meals at the restaurant were quite noteworthy, made dining enjoyable.
Parking posed a challenge, as there was limited space, forcing us to use a rather scruffy lane behind the building. The interior paintwork showed signs of neglect, with chipped walls and peeling ceilings, particularly in the restroom area, giving the impression of an overdue makeover. The lighting in the upper hallways was minimal.

It was just a decent option for a brief retreat in Pembroke Dock with good value for cost. The parking was convenient, right behind the place, easy to unload. Keep in mind that rooms above the restaurant can get noisy in the evening.
